We are a family owned and operated transmission shop with long term employees of 35 years experience We opened our doors in 1964 at 3088 S Highland Drive as Royal Transmission Over the next 30 years we built our business to 9 stores When we started we were a rebuild shop but in 1981 we remodeled and expanded our original shop to include 3 service bays which allowed us to work directly on customers vehicles In 1994 we sold 8 of our stores to the Cottman Transmission Franchise We remained at our original location and renamed it to Transmission Service Center where we have been providing great customer service for 49 years

After selling eight stores to the Cottman Transmission Franchise in 1994, the team remained at the original location and rebranded to Transmission Service Center, continuing to provide great customer service.
