Dr Moores was a board certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist who founded Dermatology Inc in 1968 and later founded MidAmerica Pathology Services MAPS in 1997 He was a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine in 1963 He was a Professor of Clinical and Laboratory Medicine and the head of Dermatopathology at the Indiana University School of Medicine Dr Moores received numerous awards and honors throughout his career As a physician mentor and friend Dr Moores was dedicated to the practice of medicine and teaching dermatology and dermatopathology He gave generously both monetarily and of his time to the IU School of Medicine various philanthropic causes and a charity medical clinic His mission and dedication will be carried forward by those he touched and by the continued success of Dermatology Inc and MidAmerica Pathology Services
